      Ragan Lonnergan is President, CEO, and Qualifying Broker of M. Ragan Real Property Services, LLC and is a designated  member of the Appraisal Institute. He has over fifteen years of  experience in the real estate industry including appraisal, sales and  brokerage, mortgage origination, property management, development, and construction/renovation. Ragan Lonnergan is an Alabama licensed real estate Broker and a Certified General Real Property Appraiser.  

Formal Education:
Ragan Lonnergan graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Professional Education:
Ragan Lonnergan has completed the rigorous education curriculum  set forth by the Appraisal Institute required for the MAI designation  and regularly maintains the continuing education requirements of the  Appraisal Institute.
